One of the many reasons I love Hong Kong is the gastronomical variety. Explore with me. After a long, stressful day, what better way to unwind than enjoying a glass of wine and a mouth-watering meal while eyeing your dessert across the table?

Take a look at some of my favourites and soon-to-be-favourites below. If none of them tickle your fancy, let me know what you enjoy and I can offer additional suggestions. If you are short on time, I am happy to make a reservation for us.

Ichu

Peruvian

I picked up an affinity for ceviche and lomo saltado during my travels through South America. This place is casual and trendy and makes a great Pisco Sour.

The Steakhouse

Western

One of my favourites for mouth-watering meats. Fantastic Waygu. Great Boston Lobster. And the largest collection of steak knives I've ever seen!

T'ang Court

Chinese

On a visit to Hong Kong, why not try local delicacies at one of the four Cantonese restaurants in world to earn three Michelin stars? Sautéed prawns, crab roe, taro puff? 好好食!

If you're visiting from Tokyo, you'll recognise this establishment. Modern Japanese with a breath-taking view. Ingredients flown in daily from Japan.

French haute cuisine with two Michelin stars. Extensive selection of wines and (my personal weakness) cheeses. Mmmmm!

I love the degustation menu here. Unobtrusive service. Tasteful decoration and delicious food. Definitely earns the two Michelin stars.

Hutong

Beijing and Sichuan

Flavourful, spicy Chinese dishes. Can you handle the heat? Beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Be sure to ask for a table by the window. Prepare for me to show off my Mandarin while ordering!

Nobu

Hardly needs an introduction. Trendy and yummy with a view of the harbour. If you are a sushi connoisseur, this is the place to impress me.
